Zack Garret, PA-C

Zack Garrett is a board-certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Zack received his bachelor’s degree in wildlife biology from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. He continued his education in Tennessee receiving his master’s degree in Medical Science at Lincoln Memorial University Debusk College of Medicine Physician Assistant program.

Zack has spent his career as a PA specializing in emergency medicine and surgery. He has extensive surgical and clinical experience in fields such as: orthopedic, vascular, plastic, robotic, and general surgery. Through all his experience in the operating room, he found his true passion was seeing and taking care of patients in a clinical setting. Zack strives to combine his medical knowledge and experience to provide excellent care to his patients. He has a passion for educating his patients and spending extra time with them to ensure they have a complete understanding of their medical needs.

Zack grew up in Chattanooga Tennessee and moved to San Antonio in 2017 for his wife to complete her anesthesiology residency at UT Health. She is now an anesthesiologist in private practice in San Antonio. Together they enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling with their daughter. They are active members in their church and community. Together they have a passion for medicine and taking care of the people of San Antonio.
