About
DeAnn is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Deann received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona and her Doctor of Nurse Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
DeAnn began her career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse working in many services, namely rural emergency medicine, primary care, orthopedics, and home health. As a Certified Nurse Practitioner, she has a focus on improving patient and population health outcomes in Native American Communities.
DeAnn is Native American from the Navajo tribe and she speaks and understands the Navajo language. She is a mother of three children and enjoys traveling and spending time with them and her children. She also enjoys making homemade tortillas, teaching nursing students, and attending church with her family. DeAnn looks forward to expanding her clinical practice by providing ENT services to her rural community.
